After visiting Built-in Pro and exploring their selection, we can confidently say it’s a solid appliance store. They offer everything from household essentials to high-end appliances, all at competitive prices. 

We were impressed by the variety of products, from ovens and cooktops to air conditioners and washing machines. 

We even found a rare European brand, which indicates the sheer range of their inventory. It’s an excellent spot for those who want to buy brands outside of HK.

Another highlight was the customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, explains product features, and even offers hands-on demonstrations. 

Online support was just as helpful, with quick responses and valuable installation guidance. It’s straightforward, demonstrating that even the average household with older people can place an order. 

Built-in Pro also offers pickup, delivery, and installation services. In general, they work fast with same-day turnaround times for delivery and installation, though this depends on the type of appliance. 

The only downside was that some high-demand items (mostly common household appliances, such as cooktops) may be out of stock on certain days.

One of the best things about eCOX is their speedy delivery and installation. They offer same-day services, making them an excellent choice for busy individuals.

We also appreciate their hassle-free appliance removal and professional setup, eliminating the need for buyers to arrange separate junk removal services.

Additionally, they offer after-sales support, including assistance with gas refills for BBQ grills. This extra service adds convenience and ensures a seamless customer experience. 

Another major win is their prices. Several customers found better deals at eCOX than at brand-name stores. Clients note that they score products at a fraction of the cost of other big-name websites. 

Customer service here also won us over. The team responds quickly, especially on WhatsApp, whether the issue concerns a product or is simply a general inquiry. If the issues involve defects, they step in when manufacturers fall short, acting as a middleman. 

The only slight downside is occasional stock shortages. Some customers had last-minute orders canceled, which was frustrating.

Anlander is one of the best appliance stores in Hong Kong. Based on our visits, it provides an extensive selection and efficient service, making it a top choice for budget-conscious shoppers.

What’s nice is that they even offer frequent promotions—sometimes discounts of up to 50%. Just keep up with all their social media and website, as the promotions don’t run long and are often spontaneous. 

Their customer service is generally strong, with prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

Moreover, their website is easy for online shopping as everything is laid out. We liked that they also have multiple pick-up locations, making things more accessible to clients. 

Another highlight is fast delivery—most customers receive orders within two days. With reliable tracking updates and well-packaged items, we can’t complain about their efficiency. 

However, we found some minor issues with their delivery fees, which are not always clear upfront. Fortunately, Anlander is still a fantastic option for affordable electronics and home appliances.

From our visit to BBE, it’s easy to see why it’s one of the top appliance stores in Hong Kong. They offer many quality brands from Europe, America, Japan, and Korea. 

The showroom is also well-organized, making in-store shopping a breeze. 

One of the best parts of the experience was the customer service. The sales reps were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, accommodating questions about every product and providing demonstrations. 

We also loved how convenient it was to chat with them via WhatsApp for recommendations and order updates. 

BBE’s prices were another major highlight. We noticed their prices were often lower than those of big retailers, with frequent discounts on home appliances. 

As for services, we found their delivery and installation to be smooth from start to finish. Looking into their process, I see that items arrive on time and in perfect condition.

The only minor downside is that their after-sales support isn’t the best in the business. There are almost no follow-ups if you experience product defects.

YOHO offers a wide range of products, from tech to kitchen gadgets. Upon visiting, we immediately fell for the spacious and well-organized store layout, which made browsing stress-free.

What stood out to us was the excellent in-person assistance. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even offered helpful recommendations based on our needs. 

Another strong point was after-sales support. YOHO’s warranty options were solid, though most came from the manufacturers. Even their return policy was noteworthy, as clients can come in and out within minutes of their return. 

The downside is that their prices are slightly higher than some other budget-friendly stores. However, to be fair, their staff is more deeply engaged in service and will not leave your side until you’re satisfied with your purchase. 

One area that could be improved is their online customer service. We tried their automated chat for product details but found it slow and unhelpful.
